10.15 | We all arrive at Festival stage on the edge of Bede Park |
10.20 | Introduction from the stage manager on stage – a chance to see where you will be standing in the concert. |
10.40 | Arrive in Room 2.01/2.02 in De Montfort University’s Campus Centre, The Gateway LE2 7DP for refreshments. Please bring your own mug. If you can, please pay in your £30 WaterAid donation through JustGiving. You can use the DONATE TODAY button above. If you need to pay using a card reader, we will have one available on the festival site later in the day (or you can send it directly to WaterAid and mark your donation “Leicester Sing For Water”. |
11.00 | Warm up and rehearse songs and enjoy hot drinks at the Campus Centre. |
12.30 | Rehearsal finishes |
12.45 | We will all vacate the Campus Centre building. |
12.45 until 13.30 | Time for lunch (packed or purchased at the festival). |
13.30 | Singers arrive at the back of the stage |
13.45 – 15.00 | Concert on stage. |
